This Privacy Policy explains how Mantas Digital, MB (“we”, “us”, “Donotname”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use the Donotname application and website at donotname.com (the “Service”). We are committed to processing personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Lithuanian Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data.

2. Personal Data We Collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:

  • Account data — name, email address, password (stored hashed), and profile settings.
  • Content data — the records, tables, files, and other content you create or upload into the Service.
  • Contact & CRM data — information about your contacts that you choose to store (names, emails, phone numbers, addresses).
  • Billing data — where applicable, payment status and identifiers handled by our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers).
  • Technical & usage data — IP address, browser type, device information, and log/usage data collected automatically to operate and secure the Service.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases (Art. 6 GDPR)

  • Providing the Service — to create and operate your account and deliver the features you use. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Security, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting — to keep the Service secure and reliable. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Communications — service and transactional messages. Legal basis: contract / legitimate interests. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Legal compliance — to meet accounting, tax, and other legal obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. Recipients and Sub-processors

We share personal data with service providers who process it on our behalf under data processing agreements, only as needed to provide the Service. Depending on the features you use, these may include:

  • Google (Google Ireland/LLC) — Workspace, Calendar, Drive/Docs, Meet, Gmail integrations, and Google Ads conversion measurement.
  • Stripe — payment processing and payment-event handling.
  • Twilio — SMS delivery.
  • Slack — where you connect a Slack workspace for notifications.
  • WebWork — where you use time-tracking integration.
  • AI / LLM providers (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Microsoft Azure, and other model providers) — only when you use AI features, to process the specific content you submit to those features.
  • Hosting and email infrastructure — our cloud hosting and email delivery providers.

5. International Transfers

Some of our sub-processors are located outside the European Economic Area (e.g. in the United States). Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After account closure we delete or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period, except where a longer retention period is required by law (for example, accounting and tax records, typically retained for the period required under Lithuanian law). Backups are rotated and expire on our standard backup cycle.

7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • request rectification of inaccurate data;
  • request erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • data portability;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.

8. Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you believe our processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian supervisory authority, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, VDAI), L. Sapiegos g. 17, Vilnius, vdai.lrv.lt, or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

9. Cookies and Tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the Service (for example, to keep you signed in). We may also use analytics and advertising measurement, including Google Ads conversion tracking, to understand and improve marketing performance. Non-essential cookies and tracking are used in accordance with applicable consent requirements, and you can control cookies through your browser settings.

10. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), access controls, and hashed password storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please keep your password confidential and enable available security features.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by notifying you.
